Why Discipleship Formation?

We no longer offer "adult education." Rather our focus is on "adult discipleship," which includes traditional education but also workshops, retreats, experiential training and small groups. Our goal in adult discipleship ministries isn't merely to learn a lot but to learn to live...to live the Way of Jesus.

Men's Groups

Learning to Live the Way of Jesus

Thursday Morning Men’s Group – This group of men meets at 6:45 a.m. on Thursdays, year round, for coffee, donuts and discussions of current topics.

Emmaus Men’s Group – For those who have attended a Walk to

Emmaus, this “Fourth Day” group meets on Thursdays, from 5 pm until 6:30 p.m.

Acts 29 – This men’s group meets at 7 a.m. Saturdays during the school year to read and discuss scripture.

Men’s Fellowship – This is a group of retirees who meet at the Golden Corral the 1st Tuesday of every month for lunch and a program.
